Fees & Payments
Transparent pricing, straightforward billing
All fees are set by Dr Sood and apply at every clinic location. Invoices are issued through Medserv, an established medical billing service used by consultants across the UK.

- First consultation £250
- Follow-up consultation £250
- Skin prick tests £250
- Remote video/telephone consultation £250
- Non-attendance fee £75
Fees cover the consultation and examination. Any investigations are charged separately. Fees are subject to change; please confirm at the time of booking.
How payment works

Insured patients
We invoice your insurer directly. Please obtain an authorisation number before your appointment, as most insurers require this to settle a specialist consultation. Some policies also require a GP referral letter; confirm requirements with your insurer.

Online & remote appointments
Video and telephone consultations are invoiced via Stripe. A secure payment link is sent by email; payment is required before the appointment.

Self-pay in person
Credit and debit card facilities are available at the practice. Payment is taken at the time of your appointment.
Accepted insurers
Dr Sood is registered with most major UK private health insurers, including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, Cigna and WPA. Cover varies by policy; please check with your insurer before booking to confirm that a paediatric or allergy consultation is included.
